- 8 years in the ABA field
- 4 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with kids, adolescents, and adults
- Experience working in all settings: clinic, school, and home settings
- Dissemination of Behavior Analysis: The Human Behavior Project
